"What is Europe to you?" is a documentary project aiming to explore the essence of Europe through the personal stories of its people. Since 2019 it has taken over 1200 black-and-white portraits across various European cities, showing the continent's cultural and human diversity. Through these portraits, the project challenges conventional notions of geographical borders, revealing how individual experiences shape perceptions of Europe, and how invisible boundaries—cultural, social, and emotional—affect European identity formation.
