What does collaboration between nations without clear boundaries look like? On this video, a river flows through nations, cultures and languages. It is a physical reminder of how countries limit their lands; how they percieve, name and regulate them differently. However, the river is also a necessary space for collaboration (as seen trough legal instruments such as treaties) since it is a common resource, with an autonomous flow and issues that know no borders.
